Delivery and Shipping

We are able to offer free delivery and assembly within 30 miles of Milan, Ohio
We are able to offer delivery and assembly to most areas within 150 miles of Milan, Ohio but will incur an additional delivery fee based on your location

If you are over 150 miles from Milan, Ohio

We enjoy what we do and are willing to travel to farther locations. The time of year and your location will determine what the lead time would be.

Live by Lake Norman, North Carolina? Outer Banks? Myrtle Beach? Florida? No problem, we will come down there to build for you. We will need to cover all of our expenses and time doing it though. Contact us for a quote.

If you are too far for us to deliver, we can crate up a kit for you and send it out by truck frate. See below for details on shipping a kit.

Important: Your kit will be packaged in a wooden crate and will weigh approximately 650 lbs at 90" long x 48" wide x 42" tall. This can only be shipped by truck freight due to its size. You must have an address that can be reached reasonably by a bigger truck or it will be delivered to the closest terminal and you will have to pick it up from there. The trucking company will have a lift gate and will unload it at the end of your driveway. If they are not able to get it in your driveway they will unload it in the street and you will have to move it onto your property. The crate can be opened and the individual pieces removed at this point for easy moving but it will be the customers responsibility.
