* Wood floors are only available if being delivered or built in Ohio. We do not ship kits out of state with floors due to how expensive it is to ship the floor material. Since all the materials for the floor assemblies can be acquired easily from your local builder's supply store it just makes better sense to supply you with detailed information on what to get, and how to cut and assemble the floor, if you want to use our floor design.
